This second‑generation welding robot controller builds on the initial design by adding Ethernet connectivity, three isolated RS‑485 ports, and two isolated 4–20mA current channels. These enhancements expand communication options and industrial compatibility, while maintaining robust isolation for safety and reliability. The board demonstrates a clear evolution toward a scalable, network‑enabled control platform for advanced robotic welding systems.
